Practice Lead & Planning Expert
Penelope has been consulting on planning and development for over 10 years, prior to which she was a lead planning adviser in the Victorian government. Through her career she’s worked with diverse organizations to help solve increasingly complex planning proposals and challenges.
Having served on various government boards and authorities, including the Heritage Council of Victoria and Building Appeals Board, Penelope is uniquely placed to understand regulatory implications beyond planning approvals. Clients appreciate her ability to distil, explain and navigate Victoria’s myriad of planning rules, policies, regulations and red tape.
